There's a certain magic to eating outdoors as the sky turns from gold to indigo. Up on our rooftop, with the breeze rolling in and the city lights flickering below, dinner becomes something slower, warmer, something worth lingering over.
The Hearth Reunion is our new communal menu, cooked over wood and ember and made for sharing. Start with warm Parker House Brioche, Fire-Kissed Oysters, a Smoked Kangaroo Tartlet and Grilled Halloumi with Heirloom Tomatoes. Then everyone picks their own main, before finishing sweet with a Charred Meringue Pavlova or an Ember-Kissed Lamington.
