This Christmas, on 24 & 25 December, indulge in a specially curated five-course festive menu at $138++ per person, showcasing the finest coastal Australian produce, brought to life over open flames.
A highlight of the evening is the Char-Grilled Wagyu Tri-Tip, a rich and flavourful cut expertly seared over woodfire, served with parsnip, king trumpet mushrooms, mizuna, and a bold green peppercorn jus – a true expression of Kaarla’s approach to rustic refinement.
The meal concludes with a generous festive dessert sharing platter, featuring a crisp mini pavlova with lemon myrtle jelly and strawberry curd, a smooth vanilla milk macaron, and a whimsical festive lamington with coconut financier, raspberry pâte de fruit, candy cane mousse, and white chocolate. A bright lemon tart with passionfruit marigold-infused meringue and snowball coconut truffles rolled in creamy ganache offer a sweet, celebratory finish.
On Christmas Day, 25 December, continue the celebration with a one-day-only À La Carte Brunch Buffet at $118++ per person, where Kaarla’s signature woodfire flavours meet the refined elegance of Oumi’s Kappo-style Japanese cuisine. This exclusive collaboration invites guests to enjoy a wide selection of dishes prepared fresh to order, combining the earthy, bold character of Australian woodfire cooking with the precision and finesse of Japanese culinary artistry.
