This National Day, Kaarla invites you to gather around the table for Singapore, Served Again, a four-course communal feast that brings the flavours that built this country back to life. The dishes carry names you grew up with, Laksa, Bak Kut Teh, Hainanese Chicken, but each one arrives transformed over the wood fire and through Kaarla's Australian-Japanese kitchen, familiar in spirit and unexpected on the plate.
It is a meal built for sharing, the kind that fills the table and slows the night down, closing on desserts that taste like childhood, reimagined. A tribute to the Singapore we remember, served again.

This season, Flame & Farm's Summer Harvest Edition celebrates the harvest at its peak, oysters and barramundi from clean coastal waters, pork and wagyu kissed by wood smoke, garden vegetables charred just enough to bring out their sweetness. Everything comes to the table the way it should be shared, plate by plate, story by story.
