Spring Harvest Edition

The fire burns bright above CapitaSpring. The season has turned, and the table turns with it.

Kaarla's rooftop communal menu returns, celebrating the best of what spring brings to the flame. Built for sharing, rooted in provenance, and designed to bring the table together under Singapore's highest al fresco sky.

At $98++ per person (minimum 2 persons), the evening opens with Parker Brioche and a generous spread of starters. Burrata. King Fish Ceviche. Coal Roasted Tiger Prawn. Roasted Fremantle Octopus Leg. Lotus Root Chip. A harvest that stretches from the land to the shore.

Then, the main event. Whole Roasted Seabass for two. Wood Oven Baked Half Lobster. Chargrilled Australian Pork Rack. Charcoal Grill Wagyu Tritip. Pick yours and let the coals do the talking.

Close with Cherry Ripe, Golden Lamington, or the Kaarla Pavlova. Bold to the last bite.
