A highlight of the evening is the Char-Grilled Wagyu Tri-Tip, a rich and flavourful cut expertly seared over woodfire, served with parsnip, king trumpet mushrooms, mizuna, and a bold green peppercorn jus – a true expression of Kaarla’s approach to rustic refinement.
The meal concludes with a generous festive dessert sharing platter, featuring a crisp mini pavlova with lemon myrtle jelly and strawberry curd, a smooth vanilla milk macaron, and a whimsical festive lamington with coconut financier, raspberry pâte de fruit, candy cane mousse, and white chocolate.
